Costs

James’ mediation rate is $200 per hour. Time is charged for mediating as well as for reviewing background materials provided by the parties (typically one to two hours of prep time is needed but it varies depending on complexity of issues).  An estimate of the prep time will be provided prior to reviewing the material submitted if it will take more than 2 hours. 

To help keep costs low, James conducts all mediations online.  He is very skilled in technology to make the experience effective, productive, and comfortable for all.  

James is comfortable mediating matters with or without attorneys involved. If you are represented by an attorney, discuss with them how it is best to proceed.
